As an Editor, I had the pleasure of entertaining and offending in equal measure. During a four-year tenure my features, news and commentary earned about 1 million page views per month (and not one cease and desist).
Features
My first full-length feature was an interview with the utterly fascinating Joe Davis. After a unique but storied career, he was trying to bottle up lightning, concentrate it into a laser, and move sail-powered ships in space. As one does.
I worked remotely in Boston, and used its proximity to MIT and Harvard to cover the Media Lab and events like the Ig Nobel Awards, just to name a few.
